1940’s, Satin Gown, Apricot, Handmade, size 8
Included with this stunning Gown is a Vintage broach. I did this because, at the front of the neckline, there is a small stain and a couple of minuscule holes. This adorable broach adds an air of romanticism whilst hiding the flaw. There are a few more tiny holes, hardly noticeable in the gorgeous full skirt, most have been mended. And, although it has been laundered, there were a few stubborn stains, but again, hard to see, except the ones on the bottom of the hem, it was obviously too long for the original owner! The pin holes, there are pictures in the gallery, that must have had something attached to it at some stage, again, they are very hard to notice.
For these reasons, the flaws that is, I have made her below half price to compensate.
It has a pretty pink tule petticoat attached to the skirt.
In a flat lay, the bust is 95cm, the waist is 64cm and the length is 144cm.
