Description
1980’s, Microfibre, Double Breasted Suit, Bottle Green, size L
A very typical feature of the 80’s suit was the huge shoulder pads, the double-breasted jacket, the front pleat pant, and the turned-up cuff. The interesting fact about these features is that they all existed in the early 20th century too. They went out of style in the ’60s and ’70s.
Microfibre is fabulous! Handwash the pants, they will never need ironing. The jacket has been dry-cleaned. The previous owner must have skimmed the iron over the bottom of the front of the jacket, so it made a very small shiny spot. It is hardly noticeable.
It has a dressy David Bowie vibe, hence our model wearing a wig to emulate him. This, the shirt, tie and shoes are not included. Of course, men’s suits can also be worn by ladies, this is the example in the gallery.
Flat lay the chest is 48″, the waist is 46″, the hips are 47″, the length is 32″ and the shoulder span is 21″, it is fully lined.
The pants are 36″ waist and 40″ in length.
