Navy polyester Waistcoat by “Rodger David’ Australia.
It has a very faint texture like pinstripe.
The two front pockets are non functioning ones, freshly laundered, great condition.
Chest is 46″, waist is 44″, length from nape of neck to tip of vest is 26″
Fully lined with black backing in satin.
