Vintage, Floor Length Petticoat, cotton & tule, white, by ‘Grace Elliot’, size M
This is a 1950’s design. It has 3 layers. First is cotton and then 2 tule ones, lovely and full. It would be perfect under a wedding dress.
Freshly laundered and in excellent condition
In a flat lay the waist is 74cm, hips are 100cm and the length is 114cm. The waist is tied with cotton straps, so can be adjusted to fit a smaller waist.
