Vintage Petticoat, black, tiered, nylon, Plus Size.

The fullness is amazing! She has a cotton waist and nylon layers.

The elastic waistline on this petticoat can currently range from 86cm to 100cm. However, it could be tightened with new elastic if you wish to make it smaller. The length is 59cm. We have pulled it in to take the photos.
