Our aim here at Retro Jam is to have 100% happy satisfied customers. When you purchase vintage/retro items and perhaps feel you have been misrepresented, we will consider an exchange, not because you have simply changed your mind.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
While we consider that all sales are final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items which you aren’t happy with. When we do exchanges, they are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order.
This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail or call us to let us know if there are any issues with your purchase.
BUYING VINTAGE AND RETRO
We do our best to describe every garment to the best of our ability. We will also be taking multiple photos of all the new product to be uploaded in the future, we are brand new to online sales so we need some practice!
All our items are fully restored to optimum condition so you can wear them straight away with confidence, knowing they are as perfect as can be for any vintage/retro garment.
So please shop with care. We measure the clothing lying flat then doubled, across bust/chest, waist and hips.
Please remember you are purchasing vintage clothing and we will show any flaws in the notes. Purchasing vintage is fun especially when you keep in mind they have previously been worn, loved and may show some signs of wear from time to time, depending on the age of the garment.
When purchasing from our ‘Alternative’ range please use the size guides we have provided in the sidebar above the products list. If there is a manufacturer not represented in this list, simply use the General sizing one.
BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES
If you do need to return a garment, please bear in mind you will be responsible with the posting and shipping fee. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Delivery tracking must accompany all returns. The buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Clarence Park Bazaar (ie PayPal/credit card fees).
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items on SALE/CLEARANCE and purchased during a SALE promotion are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange.
USING YOUR STORE CREDIT
Once your returned garment has been received by us, we will then issue you with a store credit to be used within 6 months of issue for your next order.
